This week was the final week for this project. Finally, we have finished our project J we met as a group to check with each others each part on it and explain for every member in the group the whole project. Also, we decided as a group to meet at the college or to any one’s home, because we want to practice for the oral defense which will be on Sunday.

I keep searching for videos to how to create the forms in many sites such as www.youtube.com and it was very useful and helpful. From this point, I start doing the forms in our site.

On the last 2 weeks I have changed my duty with Hafsa, she took the PHP and I took part one which is about creating the forms. Since that day I had started to research about my part.

We as group were met every day and spend all the time with this project although we have many other deadlines to be submitted soon. We start to understand how we can start to write the codes and try it. First thing we thought that we have to use only the dream weaver for PHP, but later on we notice that there is another tool called PHP editor to write the codes in it then link it to the dream weaver. After many times of tries finally we did an example for one query and it was correct, so we pass the hardest point of this project.

From our research we found an online book that will be helpful item for this project, because it teaches us about xampp, PHP and Mysql and how they worked together. Also, we find a slide that includes a diagram which shows us how the xampp and these tools are worked. This slide explains for us how the server works with the clients. From it we understand that we will be the server or we will enter the server to do it, or you can say we will design the display for the clients when they write our IP address.

We went to Mr. Tridib to ask him a few questions about mysql and PHP, he clarify for us some important points about these two tools. The Pages in the dream weaver should save as PHP and it depend on the typing 100% and we should be carful of what we typed, because if any spelling mistake or space everything will be wrong and no result will show for us.

Mr. Tridib and Miss Haya arranged for us a class for store your information, and that’s to discuss with us the difficulties that we face or if we want to ask questions. After this session we understand little bit about what each girl should do. Also, he shows us how to install the xampp for the students who didn’t know how to install. Moreover, we were downloaded the xampp but we didn’t know how to deal with it or even open it. Mr. Tridib open it with us and show us how to use it and that’s by click on the start button and he show us if we finish our project and one of the tools were stopped or not working what will happened. For example if the apache we stopped an error will be shown in our website, so during our work we have to keep the program works and open to avoid the errors and the mistakes. Furthermore, he shows us an example of the final display of the project and how should it be. In addition, he enters with us a site called http//:localhost.com. From this site we have the opportunity to try to enter some information and how it will appear and saved in the data. Also, he go with us through PHP my admin and explain a lot of things in it’s. This was a useful and informative session for us and it gives us the strength to work hardly with this project, because we were little bit behind.
